Take a project-related grievance to the site Grievance Redress Cell.
Escalate an unresolved grievance to the Project Management Unit committee.
Escalate an unresolved second-tier grievance to WASA Lahore management.
Where the AIIB mechanism applies, project-affected people may approach it after project-level or AIIB management routes do not resolve the concern.
