ECP order on delayed Punjab local-government election inputs

This is a historical blocker record. The order says the Punjab election rules and updated delimitation maps were still awaited on 5 March 2026. It gave Punjab a final deadline of 12 March. Later records show that the rules were made and delimitation proceeded.
