The Cantonments Act, 1924
Sections 19A and 19B distinguish the cantonment local area from its electoral wards and require ward boundaries to stay within cantonment limits. Lahore's current boundary geometry needs a separate instrument. The earlier ML&C file returned HTTP 403. The archived replacement comes from the Ministry of Law and Justice Pakistan Code.
