What this record says
VerifiedPULSE LDA, Cantonment and DHA classification observed 3 August 2026
This is an official digital representation with incomplete legal lineage. It is useful as a strong planning-control candidate and is withheld from primary assignment. It must not be read as the complete local-government or service map.

- Conversion Method
- The ArcGIS export operation supplied a transparent raster for the Lahore extent. Connected polygon regions supplied interior sample points. The identify operation then returned exact EPSG:4326 rings and attributes for each recovered feature. The raster was not traced into the public geometry. The script, raw responses and transformation metadata are preserved.
- Uncertainty Notes
- Coordinate geometry is returned directly by the official identify operation. Meaning and currency remain uncertain because the service gives no effective date, legal instrument, author or lineage. The automated region pass recovered 13 feature IDs. A later manual audit should check for very small features and the unexplained feature-ID gap at 446960.

- Assignment Level
- context-only
- Proves
- The public PULSE service represented the recovered Lahore polygons as LDA, Cantonment or DHA areas with land-use labels when checked on 3 August 2026.
- Does Not Prove
- It does not prove current legal jurisdiction, distinguish Lahore from Walton Cantonment, establish MCL coverage, or assign a parcel, road, building application or public service.
- Public Display
- context-only
- Service Function Id
- Lahore urban planning and building control
- Evidence Gap
- The source instrument, drawing authority, effective date and version history, plus a complete manual feature audit and Board-level cantonment split.
