What this record says
ReconstructedLahore water-system coverage candidates outside the dated WASA footprint
This layer replaces a misleading blank outside the dated WASA polygon with an inspectable evidence state. A later official geometry or account-derived assignment can replace a feature without changing the map contract.

- Conversion Method
- The Lahore District polygon was reduced by the dated 2019 WASA serving-area reconstruction and by official PULSE polygons labelled Cantonment and DHA. Cantonment and DHA are shown as identified independent-system candidates because WASA's public totals expressly exclude those systems. The remaining polygon components are retained as later-WASA-expansion or local-network candidates.
- Uncertainty Notes
- The layer classifies operator families. It does not establish a property connection, current pipe, tube well, pressure zone, exact Board split, housing-scheme operator or current WASA expansion edge.
- Geographic Claim
- Assignment Level
- territory
- Proves
- The dated WASA plate is not a complete answer for Lahore. Official WASA material excludes several independent systems, and official PULSE control polygons identify Cantonment and DHA areas that require a separate utility route.
- Does Not Prove
- It does not prove that an outside coordinate lacks water, choose a final operator for every property, or identify the serving pipe, tube well, bill office or complaint section.

- Lahore public water supply
- Evidence Gap
- Current WASA expansion geometry, Board utility schedules, DHA utility geography, society network registers and property-level connection records.
