- Conversion Method
- Five official facility API responses were filtered to Lahore district by the HFMIS code prefix 0350020. Only public facility fields were retained. Coordinate pairs had to fall within 30 to 33 north and 73 to 76 east, then inside the pinned PULSE Lahore district polygon. No coordinate was repaired or guessed.
- Uncertainty Notes
- The source supplies latitude and longitude but does not state the coordinate reference system, survey method or point precision. Passing the geographic checks does not prove that a point agrees with the facility name or address. Sixty-five Lahore registry rows have no publishable point after missing, invalid and district-conflicting coordinate values are excluded. Three otherwise plausible coordinate pairs fall outside the pinned district polygon and remain quarantined for review.

- point
- Proves
- The official Punjab facility registry supplies the displayed facility identity, type, status field and coordinate for each retained point. The coordinate passed broad-region and district-polygon checks.
- Does Not Prove
- A facility point does not prove that the coordinate agrees with the stated name or address, that the facility serves an address, accepts every patient, has current staff or medicines, is the correct referral destination or remains functional beyond the registry observation.
